Windows Theme Installer is a free tiny portable tool that allows you to install themes in Windows 7 & Vista with ease. It automatically patches your system and replaces the system files that you choose.

How to install a theme:

1. Run the tool as Administrator.


2. Select the options which you want to install:
   i)   Theme
   ii)  Explorer.exe
   iii) OobeFldr.dll
   iv) ExplorerFrame.dll
   v)  Shell32.dll
3. Once you have selected the options, click on the “Browse” button and browse for the file of the selected option.




4. Click Install Theme. The Windows Explorer will now restart and you will be able to see the new theme that you chose.

How to apply a theme:

To apply a theme select the theme from the list which you want to apply and click Apply Theme.

How to remove a theme:

To remove a theme select the theme from the list which you want to remove and click Remove Theme.
If you want to restore the original system files then just click Restore Default System Files.
